One Step Forward, Two Steps Back

Climate change seems to be in a “one step forward, two steps back” conundrum, and with the diminishing effect of the Kyoto protocol (which the world’s biggest emitters of CO2 gas, the USA and China, were not a part of), the people have been crying out for solutions. It appears that the Cop 17 conference in Durban has made a few steps forward in formulating a replacement for Kyoto. So, optimistically speaking, with more of the big players involved and committed to green energy, it’s hopefully the first universal solid step forward on the issue. With this one can expect many more contracts to go out for renewable energy sources and with that an increase in revenue for long standing companies like Shermco Industries which specialize in maintaining and repairing wind generators. The wind generator has of course become a prime tool and marketing instrument for governments looking to invest in sustainable energy.
